Position: Machine Operator
Location: Elgin, IL (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay: $19.00 $28.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

• Inspect machines for proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary

• Maintain production logs and ensure accurate documentation

• Monitor quality of products during the manufacturing process

• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
