About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM design, configuration, and integration. This role requires hands-on experience implementing IRM solutions across enterprise environments, designing scalable architectures, and leading discussions with clients to determine the best strategic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including policies, risks, controls, indicators, and audit test plans.

  • Configure IRM portals, workflows, and use case accelerators.

  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

  • Perform entity scoping and develop solution architectures aligned with client requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.).

  • Customize ServiceNow components: forms, business rules, transform maps, scripts, reports, and dashboards.

  • Work cross-functionally with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps teams to ensure platform alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.

  • 6+ years specifically in ServiceNow IRM implementation with at least 4 years in an architect role.

  • Strong understanding of IRM models, plugins, accelerators, and ServiceNow integration capabilities.

  • Proven expertise in Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM required.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.

  • Certifications in Risk and Compliance or Vendor Risk Management (preferred).

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, ISO, and related compliance requirements.
