A leading retail organisation is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and cost-effective purchasing across multiple product categories. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation ability, and experience within Cambodias retail or supermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across all product groups.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with vendors to secure quality goods at competitive prices.
• Track market trends, availability, and pricing to support informed buying decisions.
• Build and maintain reliable partnerships with local and international suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to support efficient supply chain processes.
• Review vendor performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, spending analyses, and demand forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in retail or supermarket environments within Cambodia.
• Strong knowledge of local supply chains, imports, and relevant product categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and relationships.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple categories at once.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines.
• Effective communication skills in Khmer; English or Chinese is an advantage.
