About the Role

A technology company providing SaaS and digital business solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a multi-platform Point of Sale system. 

This role involves overseeing product strategy, development, user experience, and technical execution across web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on integrated payment solutions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Lead design and development across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

  • Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product direction.

  • Manage payment integrations and ensure compliance with security standards.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product functionality and usability.

  • Convert business requirements into clear specifications and user stories.

  • Track KPIs, feature adoption, and product performance post-launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, ideally in fintech, retail, or POS sectors.

  • Experience with transaction-based systems and payment integration.

  • Knowledge of iOS, Android, and responsive web application ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira).

  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Technical aptitude for working closely with development teams.

  • Understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and third-party payment services is a plus.
