About the Role
A technology company providing SaaS and digital business solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a multi-platform Point of Sale system.
This role involves overseeing product strategy, development, user experience, and technical execution across web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on integrated payment solutions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

Lead design and development across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform product direction.

Manage payment integrations and ensure compliance with security standards.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product functionality and usability.

Convert business requirements into clear specifications and user stories.

Track KPIs, feature adoption, and product performance post-launch.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, ideally in fintech, retail, or POS sectors.

Experience with transaction-based systems and payment integration.

Knowledge of iOS, Android, and responsive web application ecosystems.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira).

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical aptitude for working closely with development teams.

Understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and third-party payment services is a plus.
