Overview

A leading provider of CCTV, access control, and smart security systems is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, guide the sales team, and expand business opportunities across Cambodia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team to support performance and achievement.
• Identify and pursue B2B and B2G opportunities in construction, hospitality, real estate, and government.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in technology, construction, or security solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience working with construction or technology solutions.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
