Architectural Designer

Location: Phnom Penh 

Salary: $1,200-$2,500 Per month (subject to experience)

Our client, a leader in residential and commercial property development in Phnom Penh, is seeking a creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from concept through to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, MEP designers, and other construction professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated project design.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in architectural design for both residential and/or commercial properties.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent design, visualization, and communication skills.
