Our client is looking for a Director of Business Development who is capable of overseeing and closing successful large scale land and real estate sales deal. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Real Estate industry, in addition to adept analytical financial modeling skills, market research and communication abilities. CFA, CAIA, CMA, Certified appraiser/surveyor or CPA holders will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in high-end residential real estate, commercial properties, and leasing opportunities.
  • Manage sales contracts and contribute to contract development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment properties and development opportunities.
  • Lead project planning efforts, including JV modeling and financial feasibility analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients, real estate agents, and potential partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and investors, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales and development team.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 Years experience in land and real estate sales, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Solid project planning experience, including JV modeling and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of valuation/appraisal is a plus
  • CFA, CAIA, CMA, Certified appraiser/surveyor or CPA holders will be a plus 
    • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
