Senior Sales Executive

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Salary: $500 - $2,000 USD + Comission (based on ability)

Industry: Insurance (Previous insurance experience not required)

Languages required: Chinese (Mandarin)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our clients growing team in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will have medium-high level fluency in Mandarin, and possess a proven track record of success in sales. While previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within different markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Translate and interpret documents and conversations between Chinese clients and the company.

Qualifications:

  • professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
