Our client, the owner of a premier luxury resort located on a pristine beach away from the city's bustle, is searching for a hands-on General Manager to offer guests an exclusive island-like experience without the need for sea travel.

The General Manager will be responsible for every aspect of the operation, will be a passionate host dedicated to ensuring every guest journey is seamless and unforgettable, all while driving financial performance and operational excellence for the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the resort's financial and operational goals.
• Uphold the resort's unique identity, leveraging its serene location and secluded beach as key pillars of the guest experience.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial reports on behalf of the ownership.
• Drive revenue growth through effective yield management, sales strategies, and meticulous cost-control measures.
• Act as the ultimate brand ambassador for the resort, personally engaging with guests to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
• Champion a guest-centric culture among all staff, empowering them to resolve issues and create memorable moments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Experience within a boutique resort environment is highly desirable.
• A track record in a General Manager or Food and Beverage Management role.
• Previous experience working in a remote or secluded location is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
