Job Title: Sales Manager 

Location: Hong Kong or Phnom Penh

Salary: $5,000-$7,000 basic + performance incentive + commission

Job Summary

Our client is a property developer in Cambodia. They need a Sales Manager to open and run a new sales office in Hong Kong, with the goal to sell their Cambodian properties to Hong Kong-based buyers/investors.

The operation will be to build the business in Hong Kong. This includes setting up the office, hiring a sales team, and finding local investors/buyers.

The Sales Manager role can be managed from Hong Kong or Phnom Penh, with visits to either country as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales office in Hong Kong.
  • Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Hong Kong.
  • Hire, train, and manage the local office team.
  • Create and execute the office work plan.
  • Research the local market and provide feedback.
  • Build good relationships with sales agencies.
  • Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
  • Keep organized records of all clients and distributors.
  • Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of work experience.
  • More than 3 years of experience in real estate channels.
  • Good at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Good working ability in English is required. 
  • Proficient with Office software.
