Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Exhibition Center Director to spearhead investment promotion, marketing, and client relationship management for our clients upcoming exhibition facility. This is a newly developing facility, so will require a focus on investor relations, brand management and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Exhibition and events ecosystem, with a record of attracting high-end brands, facilitating land transactions, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the center's market presence and profitability among a high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Promotion: Lead all investment attraction activities for the exhibition center, identify and develop strategic partnerships, secure high-end brand participation, and facilitate related land transactions.
- Marketing & Branding: Create and implement effective marketing and branding strategies designed to attract prestigious clients, elevate the center's profile in the market, and boost member/client engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, effectively demonstrating the unique value of the exhibition center and associated land opportunities.
- Operational implementation: Propose and execute operational directives based on market insights and understanding of the Exhibition and Marketing Eco System.
Required Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused on investment attraction and client acquisition specifically for mid-to-high-end exhibition centers. This must include experience held in senior management positions.
- Investment Promotion Skills: Demonstrable success in attracting high-end brands and forging significant partnerships. Proven ability to build and leverage networks of high-net-worth clients.
- Market Insight: An in-depth understanding of the Exhibition and events ecosystem, high-end consumer market and the ability to translate this insight into effective, targeted marketing and operational strategies.
