Job Title: Financial Analyst (Real Estate) 

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Salary: $2,000 - $3,500 per month plus commission (commensurate with experience)

Our client, a master developer in Cambodia, is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst for their Phnom Penh Real Estate team. Responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, and analysis to support investment decisions and asset management. Requires strong quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research, tracking trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity.
• Prepare investment reports, memorandums, and presentations.
• Assist with due diligence and support asset management functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills; market research capabilities; strong communication/presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; adaptability; problem-solving aptitude.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and valuation/appraisal processes.
