Position: Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Cambodia
Salary Range: $900-$1,500 per month

Company Overview:
We are working with a well-established company in the rice manufacturing and distribution industry, with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch

• Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and compliance

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems

• Support implementation of process improvements and cost control initiatives

• Lead and train warehouse staff to meet performance goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in a warehouse supervisory or assistant management role

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
