Title: Investment/Sales Manager (International Real Estate)

Location: Tokyo

Salary: US$8,000-$10,000 (basic) + performance incentive + commission

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling our' client's residential and commercial developments in Cambodia to investors/buyers in Japan. This role involves opening offices in Tokyo, obtaining all necessary permits, training sales staff, and overseeing sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales office in Tokyo.
  • Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Tokyo.
  • Hire, train, and manage the local office team.
  • Create and execute the office work plan.
  • Research the local market and provide feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with sales agencies.
  • Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
  • Maintain organized records of all clients and distributors.
  • Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • More than 8 years of work experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in real estate channels.
  • Excellent at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Good investor network is a plus
