Cambodia: MEP Designer (Residential)

MEP Designer 

Location: Phnom Penh

Salary: $1,200-$2,500 Per month (subject to experience)

Start: immediate

Our client, a leader in residential and commercial property development in Phnom Penh, is seeking a skilled MEP Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV systems for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection) for residential and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient designs.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MEP design for both residential and/or commercial properties.
• Experience 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
