Position: HR Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Cambodia
Salary Range: $900-$1,500 per month
Our client is a well-established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee key human resource functions. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, Cambodian labor laws, and people management practices to help support a high-performing and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Support performance management and staff development programs

Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally

Coordinate payroll inputs and HR reporting as needed

Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR supervisory or assistant management role

Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and local HR regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and integrity

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
