Position: HR Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Cambodia
Salary Range: $900-$1,500 per month

Our client is a well-established company in the manufacturing and distribution sector with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee key human resource functions. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, Cambodian labor laws, and people management practices to help support a high-performing and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Support performance management and staff development programs

  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and HR reporting as needed

  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR supervisory or assistant management role

  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and local HR regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and integrity

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
