Salary: Junior Analyst: up to $3,500 / BD Manager: up to <$5,000 / Senior BD Manager: up to <$6,500, plus comission share.

Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate development company is seeking Business Development Specialists to spearhead over $100m in Real Estate and land sales. 

This is an open-level role, suitable for candidates from junior (analyst) to senior (director), who will be responsible for tasks related to financial analysis, investor relations, and fundraising.

Qualifications

Analytical Financial Modeling Skills and Market Research and Communication/Presentation abilities

Professional fluency in English and additional fluency in Asian languages such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field

Ability to work independently and collaboratively & Adaptability and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

Knowledge of valuation/appraisal is a plus

CFA, CAIA, CMA, Certified appraiser/surveyor or CPA holders will be a plus
