About the job Cambodia: Project Management Officer (PMO)

Purpose Statement
Provide hands-on project control and governance across banking technology initiatives (core banking, payments, digital channels, risk/AML). Keep plans, risks, issues, finances, and reporting accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Key responsibilities

Maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.

Run RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); track actions to closure.

Administer change control and decision logs; ensure baselines and variances are documented.

Prepare weekly status packs and SteerCo dashboards with clear KPIs/traffic lights.

Support financial tracking (baseline vs forecast, accruals, POs, vendor invoices) with Finance.

Coordinate with Technology, Product, Compliance, and vendors to unblock delivery.

Operate delivery tools (Jira/Confluence, plus MS Project/Planview/Clarity/ADO as applicable).
Must-have qualifications

PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.

3-6+ years in PMO/Project Control within banking or financial-services IT.

Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile ceremonies and Waterfall stage gates.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint (dashboards), attention to detail, and concise stakeholder communication.
Nice to have

Exposure to core banking migrations, payments/ISO 20022, digital banking, or AML/KYC platforms.

Experience preparing audit/compliance evidence in regulated environments.
