A leading retail business is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive performance, and ensure efficient sourcing, stocking, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the Cambodian supermarket or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and overall store performance.
• Achieve sales, profit, service, and operational targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and other internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of store management experience in supermarkets or retail operations within Cambodia.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and merchandising.
• Proven leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in Khmer; English or Chinese is an advantage.
