Product Manager (SaaS)

Our client, an SaaS and digital solutions provider based in Phnom Penh is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of its multi-platform payment solutions. The role focuses on product strategy, cross-platform delivery, and payment feature optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  
• Guide design and development for web, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and business teams to deliver features.
  
• Research market trends and competitor offerings to inform decisions.
  
• Lead payment integrations and uphold security and compliance standards.
  
• Gather user insights to refine functionality and experience.
  
• Translate business requirements into clear specs and user stories.
  
• Track product performance and feature adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, ideally within POS, retail tech, or fintech.
  
• Experience with payments, transaction flows, and integrations.
  
• Understanding of iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira.
  
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
  
• Technical understanding of APIs, cloud services, and third-party payments is a plus.
