Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Sr Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Agile development process for our client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Agile development process for client projects

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impede project progress

- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality

- Continuously improve Agile processes and methodologies

- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and best practices

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello

- Prior experience in a technology outsourcing company is a plus
