Nexttec Technology, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking an entry level QC Analyst to join our client. As a QC Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
you will support product teams in maintaining and improving quality throughout the IT Product Development Lifecycle. You will work closely with experienced quality professionals, Scrum Masters, Product Teams, and stakeholders to help ensure that quality standards and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Support product teams in following quality guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in monitoring quality checkpoints and quality gates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Help track and report quality-related metrics and indicators.
- Participate in quality reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the documentation and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to promote quality awareness.
- Assist in preparing quality reports and presentations.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members regarding quality processes and standards.
- Act as a point of contact for basic quality-related questions and escalate complex topics when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Learn and understand the different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or final-year student).
- 0–2 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, IT projects, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in quality management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools.
- Understanding of software testing concepts and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
- Exposure to requirements management, defect tracking, or release processes through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
- Interest in quality standards, process improvement, and Agile ways of working.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, data quality, or cloud technologies is a plus.
