Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will support project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 

We are seeking an organized, proactive Junior Project Manager to support the coordination and delivery of ERP implementation projects. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities include:

• Support day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution. 
• Track project tasks, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. 
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups. 
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. 
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and progress reports. 
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them proactively. 
• Assist in monitoring resource allocation, project timelines, and overall progress. 

Key Requirements 

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Degree in Business Informatics, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English language proficiency. 
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Leadership potential, ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. 
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management concepts is an advantage, not a requirement; training will be provided
