- Semantic modelling: Design conformed dimensions and subject areas across ERP, HCM, EPM; define metrics (e.g., GL balances, AP aging, procurement spend, project performance, headcount/attrition, workforce cost, plan vs. actuals).
- Security & governance: Implement row-level/data-role security (BU/LE/Dept), lineage, naming standards, and documentation.
- Quality & reconciliation: Reconcile dashboard results to source (ERP/HCM/EPM); define controls and exception reports.
- Stakeholder enablement: Run demos, training, and hand-offs; create runbooks and self-service guides.
- Lifecycle & DevOps: Promote content across environments, version assets, manage change/releases, and support production incidents.
Required qualifications
- 4 – 6+ years in Oracle analytics/BI, including 2+ years hands-on with FDI (or FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud/Server (OAC/OAS).
- Strong FDI schema knowledge across ERP (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects), and EPM (Planning/FCCS/ARCS reporting datasets).
- Advanced SQL (Oracle), dimensional modelling (star/snowflake), and KPI design; capable of authoring logical/derived measures and complex filters.
- Proven record building production dashboards with Data Visualization (DV) and classic analytics, including actions/drill-anywhere and alerts.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher (data models, bursting, scheduling) for complementary reporting.
- Security: data roles, duty roles, row-level security implementation and testing.
- Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and a solid understanding of data management principles. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
