Position: SCM Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As a leading technology outsourcing company, we provide innovative solutions to our clients and are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain management (SCM) needs and requirements

- Design, develop, and implement SCM strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Conduct analysis and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process

- Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing new SCM systems and processes

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SCM strategies and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SCM and incorporate them into client solutions

- Train and educate clients on SCM processes and systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of SCM initiatives

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues

- Participate in business development activities and support sales teams in pitching SCM services to potential clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SCM consulting or a similar role

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, strategies, and best practices

- Experience in designing and implementing SCM processes and systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in project management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations

- Certifications in supply chain management or related fields are a plus.
