Technology Presales Specialist - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Technology Presales Specialist to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technology Presales Specialist with 3 years of experience to support the sales team in identifying customer requirements, designing suitable technology solutions, and preparing technical proposals. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, vendors, and technical departments to deliver solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and technical requirements.
• Design and recommend appropriate technology solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and support the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to validate solution feasibility and specifications.
• Participate in customer meetings and respond to technical inquiries.

Technical Background:

• Basic technical knowledge of Data, AI, and Business Applications.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare appropriate proposal responses.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in technology presales, IT solutions, or a similar role.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and delivering customer presentations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into suitable technical solutions.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and time-management skills
