Principal Oracle SCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Principal Oracle SCM Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM modules, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

SCM Modules: Service Procurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts Functional consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in supply chain management and Oracle applications.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and team members on Oracle SCM functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM features and industry trends to provide strategic insights.
• Develop documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
