you will support product teams in maintaining and improving quality throughout the IT Product Development Lifecycle. You will work closely with experienced quality professionals, Scrum Masters, Product Teams, and stakeholders to help ensure that quality standards and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product teams in following quality guidelines and best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring quality checkpoints and quality gates throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Help track and report quality-related metrics and indicators.
  • Participate in quality reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the documentation and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to promote quality awareness.
  • Assist in preparing quality reports and presentations.
  • Support onboarding activities for new team members regarding quality processes and standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic quality-related questions and escalate complex topics when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Learn and understand the different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Software Development Lifecycle governance roles.
  • Proven experience driving quality initiatives across multiple Agile teams, programs, or product portfolios.
  • Strong quality mindset with extensive experience implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle, including requirements management, project delivery, release management, risk management, validation & verification (V&V), operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and supporting quality practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and influencing cross-functional teams to adopt quality best practices and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting quality KPIs, metrics, quality gates, and compliance indicators at team, program, and portfolio levels.
  • Strong understanding of Software Quality Engineering practices, including test strategy, test automation, quality engineering principles, shift-left practices, and continuous testing approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms for work item management, reporting, traceability, and governance.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, release management processes, and deployment quality controls.
  • Experience with requirements management, risk assessment, defect management, incident management, and operational quality monitoring.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, maturity models, audit processes, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence teams and leadership without direct authority.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries, functions, and business domains.
  • Previous experience within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar large-scale business applications is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data management practices is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to identify quality risks proactively, drive corrective actions, and ensure sustainable improvements across teams and programs.
  • A broad Quality Engineering mindset that extends beyond testing and encompasses the entire product lifecycle, customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous delivery.
