Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

 Job Description:

Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in the U.S. and Netherlands. This position will be entrusted to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. This role is based remote.

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
A keen eye on details for accuracy.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other database management platforms.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field.
Five or more years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for U.S. and Europe based roles.
Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques, preferably with a retained search firm or in-house recruiting team.
Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools (Greenhouse, Workday, Datapeople, LinkedIn, Seekout preferred)
Demonstrated success in a dynamic, high growth environment.
Biotech/Cell therapy industry experience preferred.
