About the job Healthcare Professionals – PRN / Per Diem Opportunities
Nexus MedPro Staffing Inc. is seeking qualified Healthcare Professionals to join our growing healthcare staffing registry. We partner with long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and outpatient clinics to provide flexible, per-diem and contract-based staffing support across North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri, with services expanding into additional states.
This is a general application for healthcare professionals interested in flexible work opportunities. Specific assignments are offered based on client needs, credentials, availability, and applicable state licensure or certification.
Roles We Staff May Include (but are not limited to):
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Certified Medical Assistants (CMA)
- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
- Occupational Therapists (OT)
- Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA)
- Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)
- Respiratory Therapists
- Radiology / Imaging Technologists
- Medical Laboratory Technicians
- Pharmacy Technicians
- Medical Assistants (Non-nursing)
- Other licensed or certified healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, ethical, and competent patient care within your scope of practice
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Maintain active licensure or certification as required
- Communicate effectively with facility staff and Nexus MedPro coordinators
- Accept shifts voluntarily based on your availability
Requirements
- Active professional license or certification (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (as required by role)
- TB screening compliant with facility requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing (as required by client facilities)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
