Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to provide phone-based support and assistance to clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to established procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-specific programs.
- Resolve issues, de-escalate dissatisfied clients, and escalate calls when necessary.
- Track and document call-related details for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues related to downtime, system errors, or training needs.
- Maintain and update customer information in company systems.
- Assist with credit card authorizations and processing as needed.
- Support service upgrades and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform additional client-specific duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and composed when handling challenging calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on client needs.
Work Environment:
- Call-center setting with regular use of phones and computer systems.
- Climate-controlled environment.
- Sedentary role with constant sitting during shifts.
