Job Overview:

Be the point of contact for technical related questions on the platform
Facilitate communication between client and the frontend team
Bootstrap projects (define best practices, coding standards, UX technology stack, tools, and processes)
Perform code reviews and ensure quality of deliverables for the frontend work
Analyze client business needs and recommend innovative solutions that provides market differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
Collaborate and work with Designers, Front-End Developers and Technologists to achieve the best balance between user needs, business requirements and technology constraints
Guide and mentor junior staff members and be a role model for best practices in technical development
Work closely with the clients to provide consultation on the best technology strategy
Provide support for infrastructure issues

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in technical development
At least 3 years of experience using Magento
At least 2 years of React experience
At least 2 years of experience in leading teams and mentoring more junior colleagues
Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Knowledge of multiple frontend technologies and a good understanding of backend integration
Experienced in analyzing business goals and metrics and resolving complex issues
Experience leading UX efforts of any complexity
Experience in E-commerce or similar web experience
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills
Magento Developer Certification preferred
Proficient in English verbal and written communication
