About the job Sales Proposals - APAC Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for all RFPs in the region and for the team producing innovative, immersive and industry-leading sales collateral to help the firm win business
- Act as an escalation point to manage difficult stakeholders and situations
- Act strategically to align proposal team priorities to the broader Sales Enablement Group strategy and implement the strategic direction of the business received from senior sales management
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to excel in proposal creation, project management, & stakeholder management and grow their business acumen
- Establish and monitor effective controls for SOP adherence and risk mitigation
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm in a manner that can influence the outcome of projects and the long-term health and growth of the team
- Constantly promote a robust and risk control culture that encourages proactive identification, escalation and remediation of issues.
- Work with the functional managers to ensure their business objectives and deliverables are being met, and their offshore functional team members are performing as required.
- Perform and operate at all times as a 'Leader in the Business'. Work to develop a reputation across Platform Sales of being the 'go-to' person for all things Enablement / Manila.
- Improve quality of our talent and create action plans as necessary to develop team. Also work to build recruiting talent pipeline and create a succession plan for critical staff.
- Execute a disciplined, integrated and fair performance management process
- Recruit diverse talent that demonstrates appropriate knowledge, skills, and attitudes and embodies Company's "How We Do Business" principles to further the firm and Sales Enablement Group agenda
- Carefully protect the team's reputation for excellence and professionalism –
- Demonstrated excellent leadership skills, with the maturity and intelligence to lead, develop and coach a diversely skilled team
- Conduct conversations, as a manager, that deliver & receive difficult messages in a professional and constructive way at all times
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Understand the global & group view of all interactions and effectively coach team members
- Continually strive to enhance knowledge of our offerings, Sales Enablement Group operating model/principles and our business in general
- Ensure team uses enhanced & structured project management skills including great organization, attention to detail, accurate project plans/trackers, etc., in order to keep projects on track and ensure stakeholders are aware of expectations
