Human Capital Shared Services Analyst for Business Excellence  works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for HRMS/HRIS implementation as well as innovation and automation initiatives. 

this role will work with cross-functional teams from different business units to identify, scope, and document results on any system and automation implemented projects. The analyst will be responsible for leveraging critical thinking to ensure all initiatives are accurately scoped, processes mapped, and test plans documented for the successful implementation of the solutions. This role will also help identify opportunities for automation to drive operational excellence and the enhance candidate and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical automation projects
  • Performs complex conceptual analysis
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Leading calls with multiple business stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and finalize business requirements
  • Understanding project requirements, writing specifications and clearly documenting them for our IT Automation or Systems team to deploy projects in an optimal manner
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; Create required workflows using different online collaboration tools like Miro, Trello, Teams, Slack, etc.
  • Formulating and defining user stories, use cases, and test cases
  • Performs necessary UAT activities in compliance with the business requirements and conduct periodic testing on deployed technical solution (Systems, RPA bot or chatbot) to ensure stability of deployment
  • Reviews confused chatbot utterances, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance NLP by improving the conversational workflows and continuously training the chatbot
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend test scope and test approach improvements
  • Completes Methods & Procedure or any documentation required (e.g. JDI or Job Aid) for automation or systems project transition and/or closure 
  • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience that includes some time spent gathering and documenting business requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in process evaluation, process deconstruction, process improvement, solutioning, testing, and / or remediation
  • Previous experience in business analysis, reporting, problem identification, resolution and root cause analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build a strong partnership with internal and external clients
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Preferably with strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HRMS/Payroll/OAB networks, and applications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology implementation preferably with Service Now, Kronos, Taleo, and ADP is an advantage
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, track)
  • Has experience and understanding of RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega Platform, Ayehu, and etc).
