About the job Financial Operations Manager

Brief Description of Duties:

  • Oversees the Finance Department
  • Provides suggestions and comments to Finance-related transactions/inquiries
  • Prepares financial statements and other financial reports
  • Coordinates with the partners for Company’s plans and programs
  • Checks the Company’s compliance with various government agencies such as BIR, BSP, SEC, etc.
  • Reviews the reports made by other team members
  • Ensures that accounting controls are in place
  • Monitors the financial operations
  • Spearheads budgeting activities
  • Prepares and analyzes cash management reports
  • Represents the Company in various meeting with the third party
  • Studies, reconciles and analyzes the reports that can be generated from various portals

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Work Experience: At least 3 to 4 years working as finance manager or the equivalent, working in a financial technology industry is a plus, experienced in managing people and leading a team

Skills/certifications:

Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Well versed with MS Office particularly MS Excel

Knowledgeable in Accounting and BIR Software

Knowledgeable in Taxation

Knowledgeable in BSP/AMLA rulings is an advantage
