Restaurant Manager (Siargao Based)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager with strong barista skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a solid background in restaurant management, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Train and supervise restaurant staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and employee development.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Solid understanding of barista techniques and experience in preparing specialty coffee beverages.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Certification in barista training or relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and inventory management software.
