Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conflict Management Team Lead to join our global operations team supporting professional conflict-of-interest reviews. This leadership role is key to ensuring conflict risks are properly assessed before new business engagements proceed. You will manage a dedicated team, oversee workflows, and collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain compliance with internal policies and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Conflict Management Request queue to ensure SLA compliance

Support technical analysis of conflicts for new business opportunities

Provide leadership on HR-related processes, including leave and performance management

Collaborate with teams globally to ensure consistent, high-quality service

Lead team meetings, drive continuous improvement, and maintain team morale

Partner with management on operational strategy and service delivery initiatives
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree required

Experience with conflicts of interest in a legal or professional services environment (preferred)

Supervisory experience in a global environment

Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and performance management
