Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytics-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the brands presence across relevant platforms, with a focus on engaging B2B audiences in the compliance, safety, and SaaS space. The role involves content planning, execution, and reporting, and plays a key part in lead generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B social media, understands platform nuances (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.), and can balance compelling content creation with strategic performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a B2B-focused social media strategy aligned with brand positioning, marketing goals, and product awareness campaigns.
- Manage content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to craft engaging posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and visuals.
- Monitor engagement metrics, follower growth, and campaign performance using platform analytics or third-party tools.
- Optimize content based on performance data and industry benchmarks to improve visibility and engagement.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and audience growth.
- Support paid social campaigns and remarketing efforts when aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or compliance-related environment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional platforms for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar social scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
