Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Consultant with a strong background in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role will be responsible for leading test planning, execution, and defect management activities across CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate brings a structured approach to testing, a strong understanding of CRM business processes, and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure solution quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end testing process for Dynamics 365 CE implementations including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Define and maintain reusable test assets, ensuring coverage across modules and releases.
  • Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous testing improvements where applicable.
  • Participate in go-live readiness checks and post-deployment validation activities.
  • Ensure testing aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 57 years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Test Plans, Selenium, TestRail) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to write detailed test cases, test scripts, and maintain traceability matrices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or Power Platform)
