ADVISORY SERVICES (ENTERPRISE RISK SERVICES)

AML/Forensic Manager - 1 Full-time Employee

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in AML/CTF/KYC, Fraud, bribery and corruption, sanction regimes within the Financial Sector or with similar experience within a consulting Firm with similar activities.

Knows how to review and design AML/CTF control framework. Review and preparation of ML/TF risk assessment. AML/CTF compliance assistance.

Has background on evaluating sanction alerts and investigations of transaction monitoring alerts.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, regulations and AML. Has the ability to work with a large

amount of complex data.

Preferably with professional qualifications such as Association of Certified Anti‐Money Laundering Specialists, Association of

Certified Fraud Examiners or ISACA Financial Forensic Professional. CIA, MBA or CMA or equivalent are also an asset.

With deep regulatory knowledge applicable to banking and finance institutions (i.e., BSP, SOX, BASEL, etc.), preferably.

Experience with AML and Fraud Transaction Monitoring System is an advantage

Ensure that his/her team is performing its work in accordance with established professional standards.

He/she should ensure that the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with

practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to the Firms clients.

Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Highly detailed and organized individual with analytical prowess.

Up to date with the industry specific issues and emerging risks which may affect the Firms client.

Assist in the business development creating proposals and client presentations.

Logical thinker, problem solver, strong analytical skills and independent.

Has the ability to handle multiple engagements.

Can handle a team ‐ coach, motivate and develop his/her team members and the mentee that will be assigned to him/her.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
