As a Service Crew member, you will be an integral part of our team and responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic food service environment. You will play a key role in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our customers through your service, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining quality standards.
Customer Service: Interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. They provide a positive customer experience by being attentive, polite, and responsive.
Food Preparation: Assisting in food preparation, which may involve tasks like assembling ingredients, cooking, and ensuring that food meets quality and safety standards.
Order Fulfillment: Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders to customers, whether at a counter, drive-thru, or by serving at tables. This may involve coordinating with kitchen staff to guarantee orders are correct and complete.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized. This includes cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, as well as following health and safety regulations.
Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking items as needed, and informing management of low supplies.
Cash Handling: Processing payments, managing cash registers, and handling financial transactions accurately.
Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues, and supporting other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
