About the job President

A President is responsible for establishing a company's goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workforce. Oversees budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated. Ensures departments meet individual goals. Responsible for overall accountability to shareholders and the public.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage work activities of all departments and staff members to attain company's targets, mission, and vision.
  • Implement strategies for the organization to be financially stable and financially high performing.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with customers of the organization, suppliers, and financial institutions
  • Have the organization equipped with competent manpower, efficient tools, and supplies to carry out its objectives.
  • Attend the board meetings and report to the board all critical and urgent matters as it arises.
  • Have the organization compliant with the government and other governing bodies.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge in relation to advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance changes, and financing options.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably Masters Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in public and private human service and healthcare systems, disabilities, and health policy issues inclusive of budget development and financial oversight.
  • Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals
