About the job CSR for EVERYDAY BANKING ACCOUNT

Support Everyday Banking functional area as an experienced Banking CSR by utilizing advanced knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, account resolution systems, and apply this knowledge when communicating with delinquent customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Seek ways to improve quality of customer experience
  • Perform moderately complex customer support tasks when evaluating customers situation to provide relevant solutions
  • Refer more complex issues to a more experienced Banking Specialist
  • Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine questions to more experienced individuals
  • Interact with immediate team and Everyday Banking functional area on wider range of information, as well as internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in BPO, Contact Center or Financial Services environment
  • Financial Account experience is preferred but not a requirement. Customer Service candidates with other LOB experience are welcome to apply
  • Completed 2nd year College Level (no back subjects)
  • Flexible with work hours, schedule, arrangement, and night shift

*Willing to work onsite in Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig City (free shuttle services and parking space)
