Qualification Required

Education: Graduate of any 4-year Business Administration or Business Management, Finance, or Communications.

Work Experience: Must have background with Fintech Industry. Knowing its trades, trends, and potential market. Project Management Certification is preferred but not required. Must have experience working at a Fintech Industry focusing on Payroll or Prepaid Card acquisition. Must have at least 3 years work experience in Sales, Business Development and other related fields.

Brief Description of Duties:

  • Develop a detailed project plan or strategy for the Payroll/ Prepaid Card Project. Monitor and track progress of the project. Once the Project is complete, the candidate may be given other Projects to handle.
  • Daily coordination with direct reports (if applicable), other internal Departments and third-party clients
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and issues resolved.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the Payroll/ Prepaid Card project
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Ensure to meet the SLA and KPI (Commission and expectations)
  • Close deals and promote product partnerships
  • The candidate will be the overall all lead for the Payroll/ Prepaid Card service of the Company. This is an end-to-end task that the candidate should ensure proper deliverables are produced.
