Job Summary:

We are seeking a fluent Korean-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an outbound campaign focused on retention for healthcare insurance customers. The role involves reaching out to existing or previous policyholders to encourage continued membership, address inquiries, and offer solutions that align with the customers needs and the policy benefits.

This role requires excellent communication skills in Korean and English, strong customer relationship abilities, and a goal-driven mindset to support client retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to Korean-speaking customers regarding policy renewals and plan continuation.
  • Engage clients in conversations to understand their concerns and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Communicate the value of healthcare plans, benefits, and promotions to encourage retention.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions, especially when handling sensitive health-related topics.
  • Log all call activity, updates, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems accurately and promptly.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team retention goals and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on product information, campaign updates, and healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; relevant training or certification is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retention, or outbound salespreferably within a healthcare, insurance, or BPO setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and performing administrative documentation tasks.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules or according to campaign timezone requirements.
