Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end CRM solutions across enterprise-scale transformation projects. This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding technical and functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), solution integration, and Power Platform, along with strong client-facing experience and the ability to manage complex solution landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, covering modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.
- Define integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance on data migration, security model, performance optimization, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and testing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality solution delivery.
- Conduct solution design reviews and ensure adherence to platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Engage in pre-sales and estimation activities where required, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Stay updated with the Microsoft ecosystem, including new feature releases and best practices for solution architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in CRM implementations, including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, business process flows, and plugin development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions across project teams.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps Developer
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
