CSR III (Dumaguete)
About the job CSR III (Dumaguete)
The CSR III will receive calls from and will communicate directly with Medical Professionals who have issues/concerns with the medical equipment of their hospital/clinic. The CSR III is responsible in creating a ticket or service request in a timely manner especially for urgent/emergency cases. He/she will also be responsible in coordinating with technicians in scheduling the repair of the equipment.
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more of BPO experience
- Completed HS (old curriculum), SHS, 2-year vocational/associate course, or at least 2 years in college
- Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations
- A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers
- You lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client program
- Computer savvy
- Willing to report onsite (DBPI IT Plaza, Dumaguete)
- Open to any schedule including GY shift
Salary: 21k-24k package
