Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform to lead solution architecture, delivery, and team oversight for enterprise CRM and business automation projects. This role combines technical leadership, solution strategy, and client engagement responsibilities across the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on configuration skills, leadership experience across multi-phase implementations, and the ability to mentor consultants while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Define technical and functional architecture across modules, ensuring scalable and secure design.
- Act as solution owner, guiding both clients and internal teams from requirements through go-live and post-deployment support.
- Translate complex business needs into configurable application features and integration strategies.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring quality, scope, and timeline adherence.
- Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and oversee best practices in application development and platform configuration.
- Collaborate with data, integration, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
- Provide leadership in governance, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement of project delivery standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level consultants and provide thought leadership within the practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including at least 2 years in a solution or team lead role.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); experience with Dataverse, Azure services, and custom connectors.
- Strong background in CRM strategy, customer journeys, data models, and integration design.
- Experience with agile project delivery and familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices for Power Platform.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations and workshops.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and handle complex solution architectures.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps Developer
