Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Audit - Senior Manager to lead technology risk and audit engagements across global operations. This role will oversee the delivery of high-quality audit work, provide guidance to audit teams, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the organizations risk management objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IT auditing, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide advisory insight on IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and system controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of complex IT audit engagements, ensuring alignment with professional standards and risk-based methodologies.
  • Supervise and coach audit teams, ensuring timely delivery of work, quality assurance, and staff development.
  • Evaluate IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity practices, and infrastructure management.
  • Provide advisory support to business and IT leadership on risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements.
  • Contribute to annual audit planning, risk assessments, and the continuous improvement of audit programs.
  • Review and finalize audit findings and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, cybersecurity developments, and emerging technology risks to inform audit strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, Data Privacy) to ensure a coordinated approach to assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT risk, or assurance functions, including 35 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), cloud and infrastructure controls, and data governance.
  • Experience in managing audits across enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
  • Proven ability to manage global teams, complex projects, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.
