Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Winding Specialist to perform precision coil winding and assembly for electromechanical equipment used in field operations, sensors, or energy-related applications. This role is essential in the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of components that require exact winding specifications and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with winding machines, motor/generator components, or custom coils, and is familiar with industrial safety standards and workshop procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform coil winding for motors, transformers, or specialized sensor components according to technical specifications and standards.
  • Assemble, install, or repair wound components for operational or field-use equipment.
  • Operate manual or semi-automated winding machines with a high level of accuracy and care.
  • Read technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions to ensure correct winding configurations.
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of finished components to ensure product quality.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment related to winding operations.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow safety protocols in handling materials and tools.
  • Record production output, materials used, and defects for quality tracking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational diploma or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in coil winding, motor repair, or electromechanical assembly.
  • Familiarity with winding machines, tools, and materials such as wire gauges, insulation, and resins.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or technical environment.
